With corporate headquarters in Moorestown , NJ , BCI received its Small Business Administration certification in April 1992, which marked the beginning of its rapid growth as a performance oriented systems and software engineering support services company.   Initially providing high-end engineering and management consulting services to industry and Navy customers, it has grown into a company with over $27M in revenues and over 175 employees.  Today, in addition to the initial consulting services division, BCI has three other major groups, two of which support the Warfare Centers.
