Provide engineering, test and technical support for Naval Sea System Command and Program Executive Offices in support of platform certification and optimization of interoperability capabilities in deployed baselines.  Develop and publish Strike Group operating procedures for track and data networks in support of tactical applications of Data Links through participation in the Naval Sea Systems Command Fleet Interoperability Test processes. These operating procedures are delivered as “Tactical Information Coordinator Technical aids” (TIC TECHAIDS) to all U.S. Navy Command and Control capable ships, Hawkeye 2000 squadrons, and Homeland Defense Maritime regional Control Officer (MRICO) cells.   Support for development of new Interoperability and Cooperative Engagement System tactical applications through engineering support in developing tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP).

Naval Sea Systems Command Code 05W4.  Program Executive Office, Integrated Warfare Systems Engineer (PEO-IWS 7D.  Product deliveries to all link capable major surface combatants, Hawkeye squadrons, and some Joint MDA platforms.

• Regular TIC TECHIAD deliveries to all USN Carrier and Expeditionary Strike Groups in the past 2 years (17 deliveries in 10 Strike Groups to over 50 ships in the first 6 months of FY07).
• Interoperability Certification Support for 3 CSG and 2 ESG in FY07 to date.
• Systems Engineering support for Working Group developing updated Mode 4 Decertification and Mode 5 Operational Guidance.
