Using these eight principles BCI reviews the essential steps that allow us to effectively provide services to the customer. Once these steps are determined they are being recorded in quality procedures that ensure every employee understands the process to complete work effectively. Importantly, one of these steps is to gain customer feedback on our work and use the lessons learned to continually improve our procedures.
