BCI strives for the highest quality work in all we undertake and we are constantly looking for new employees who are committed to this high standard. As BCI-Dahlgren is a relatively small organization, each team member is integral to the group and therefore highly valued. Outside of the office, the BCI team enjoys company-sponsored activities such as attending Baltimore Orioles games and dinner theatre productions. We also believe in serving our community and participate in events such as the Shriner's charity golf tournaments, local food drives, and sponsoring families at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
