With corporate headquarters in Moorestown, NJ, BCI received its 8(a) certification in April 1992, which marked the beginning of its rapid growth as a performance oriented systems and software engineering support services company. The BCI employees working at the Naval Ship Systems Engineering Station (NAVSSES) in Philadelphia provide engineering, technical and logistics support for the construction, overhaul, modernization, or repair of shipboard Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) systems. For the past 15 years, BCI has supported the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (both West Bethesda and Philadelphia sites) Research Development Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) network in the areas of overall network support, Information Assurance (IA), Scanning and Remediation, governance and policy, and System Security Authorization Agreement (SSAA) and DoD IA Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) packages.

Our experienced hardware and software team has particular expertise in radar signal processing using commercial hardware and open-architecture software development standards. Our primary customer is the US Department of Defense, and as such, our systems are designed for high-reliability and information assurance certification. The BCI Sensors' team is composed of skilled engineers and programmers covering systems engineering, electronics design, and software development. We are highly adept in real-time signal processing systems for radar and communications, RF hardware design for radar receivers/transmitters, and system integration using commercial components for low-cost implementation of prototype and production systems.
